this is my newest skin (which i cozily call LilacLounge), after four months or so of the AppleGreen lovefest. (psst.. i still adore the hue, but i have Short Attention Span on stuff like this..)

seems that "designing" templates is my latest hobby... it's a pretty good way to show your personal style (ya know, be "one of a kind", hahaha)... i came to conceptualize this purplish project since the 2nd week of january, at that time i wasn't keen on blogging yet and was wondering if i'd change my blog skin. at first i was thinking of adapting a reddish scheme (to get things bloody wild), but then i saw the picture above of the cool techie girl at GettyImages and fell in love with it, so i decided to make a skin based on the whole thing, using one of my actual favorite colors, violet. scoop the lovely pictures, crop and photoshop, change the font colors, refurbish bluff stuff. so there. enjoy (comment, spat, whatever). i'll laze around this Lounge as long as possible. :)

it's raining men, hallelujah!
i've had two consecutive volleyball PE classes snipped out because of the rain! last week (there was a "low pressure area" going on, rained whole afternoon) and this wednesday (at 3pm, the sky suddenly poured its weight down) so all we had were one-hour jibjabbing around... rain's one of the 'finer' things in volleyball (in my case) since it's an outdoor sport... if i were still in fitness (done indoors) i'd feel sulky. six meetings left! though i have to prepare next week for the dreaded 1st practical exam (still feeling a little unconfident)... :|
