i like james blunt's music for the moment -- "you're beautiful", "goodbye my lover" and "high". don't know why. it's like his songs are of yearning, aching for love. makes me a bit mellow. hmm... do i feel that because i'm one absolutely lame hopeless romantic? lovelorn? loveless? *hacks* well, that's for me to wonder and you to discern. ;p

i so adore the Blueberry Cream Cake mom brought home this week... it's one of the best non-chocolate cakes i've tasted! it's moderately sweet, the cream is heavenly, and it made me think how the strawberry variant tasted... since i love strawberry desserts! maybe i'll have my fingers on that next time =)

P.S. all you need is love: i had a Belgian for a date yesterday... ice cream, that is! :|
and i got a fresh bloody wound too! gashed my left leg while hoisting myself in the PUJ... leaving a small unslightly scratch... frantic stupidity reigns again! 8|
