shocking, but fine...

must-read!

i recently finished reading "Angels & Demons" (2 days ago to be exact) and holy mackerel was it a delightful (and exhilarating & heart-pounding) read. i discontinued reading two months ago, because of homework & the fear i might addicted to it or something. so last monday i took advantage of our little holiday and spent almost the whole time finishing the 200+ pages left... i couldn't stop reading it. i must say this is equal to OR better than "the Da Vinci Code"... maybe because i forgot the latter, or maybe i just found the characters lovely. (who said i didn't find leigh teabing lovely? haha)

and speaking of leigh (POSSIBLE SPOILERS AHEAD?!), why is it that dan brown always ensnares me to "to good to be true" characters? aarrgh. i'm really getting the "weird villain affection virus"... it freaked me out when my classmate let slip (when i was still in the middle part of the book) that my favorite character was the real 'hand' in the whole thing! (if you have read it, you know who i'm talking about... fascinating one, yup..)

but anyways, i'm wondering if this will be made into a movie... please, please! i wanna know who'll play CCV! (*swoon!*)... for the moment i'm contented that the Da Vinci Code film got my favorite people on them... :)

on the other hand:
this "integumentary system" report really has me stuttering. our group's going to face the music on saturday, and honestly, i haven't done anything quite like this. i've NEVER actually done an oral report, so i've been practicing these few days. probably i won't be posting before saturday. God save the timid people...
